The Bright Midnight 2027 – Solo Male Ticket

By registering for The Bright Midnight 2027, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following conditions:

1. The Event

• The Bright Midnight is an unsupported event. No technical, tactical or medical support is provided by the organization.
• No third-party support or private resupply is allowed. You must use commercially available services to meet your needs during the event.
• Ride fairly, ride equally and ride under your own power.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

2. What’s included

• The Bright Midnight 2027 participation
• GPS tracking on Follow My Challenge & tracker rental
• GPX track & Race manual
• Welcome pack with goods from our sponsors
• Shuttle bus from Tolga train station to Base Camp after every train arrival
• Pasta Party on Saturday evening before the start
• Free camp ground with access to WC, kitchen, shower facilities at Base Camp
• Bike box storage
• A selection of pictures taken by the media team
• Finisher’s medal and finisher’s beer (special collaboration with local craft brewery)
• Finisher’s party food

3. Insurance

• You must have valid liability, accident, death and health insurance covering the entire event period, including emergency extraction and repatriation.
• The organization does not provide insurance and accepts no liability for any damage, injury or loss that may occur directly or indirectly to you or any other party.

4. Accreditation & Rider Agreement

• Physical attendance at accreditation is mandatory on Saturday, 3 July 2027.
• Before the event, you must sign a Rider Agreement, including a liability waiver and release form.
• The agreement also grants the organizer permission to make and use photo, video and audio recordings of you.
• Signing the Rider Agreement is mandatory for participation.

5. Refunds

By registering, you agree to the event’s refund terms.

• Cancellations made on or before 31 March 2027 are eligible for a 50% refund of the entry fee.
• No refunds will be issued from 1 April 2027 onwards.

6. Tracker Terms

• The tracking device is your responsibility once it is handed over to you by the organization at the start of the event.
• The tracking device and USB cable, if included, must be returned to the organization as soon as possible and within one week of finishing or scratching.
• If you fail to return the tracker within two weeks after the event, the organizer will charge, on behalf of Follow My Challenge, a 150 EUR replacement fee.
• In case of loss or total damage of the tracking device, the organizer will charge, on behalf of Follow My Challenge, a 150 EUR replacement fee.
• In case of a missing USB cable, if included in the pack, the organizer will charge, on behalf of Follow My Challenge, a 5 EUR replacement fee.
